    Houston Chronicle - Rockets free-agent guard Jon Barry expressed a desire to resign with the team and dismissed rumors of an interest by the New Jersey Nets . Barry joined the Rockets last December via a trade with the Hawks.

    "I haven't heard one word from the Nets," Barry said. "Five or six people have told me that the Nets were interested, but I haven't spoken with them. I've heard a lot of stuff in my 13 years, and until I sign on the dotted line, who knows what might happen?

    "With the addition of Stromile and everybody else back, I truly believe in this team."
