talk about an overrated show, its good, but not an all-time great like so many people believe

 

Overrated how? Nobody ever talks about it, maybe some rumor every once in a few months. I don't think it gained the sort of popularity to become overrated, though Fox sure as hell tried to push people to watch it:

one of the funniest shows I hage ever seen.

You a bit late though bud, this show died a couple of years ago.

 

I didn't say I didn't like it. I just said it was overrated. It was the Chris Bosh of burgers. Granted, Whataburger has always been the Darko of burgers to me.

*gets attacked by both burger camps*

 

There's always money in the banana stand

 

"He's going to be all right." Gets me every time. :grin:

 

This is the only show that compares to the golden years of "The Simpsons" in terms of quality laughs per episode. To those who impugn (impugn?) this comedy masterpiece I have one question

It was great until the third season

 

Whaaat? 3rd season was awesome! Charlize Theron had me rolling with the Mr. F storyline.

 

This. It fell off pretty hard in the third, but those first two seasons were absolute gold.

 

I also felt the third season was not up to par with the amazing first and second seasons.

Just a very hard standard to live up to.

 

If you have DIRECTV, you can still watch Arrested Development on the IFC channel.

It's a good show.

 

It had two great seasons... Didn't think the 3rd season was that great, but it's still on that list of great shows that Fox cancelled.
