I eprsonally think that SF is still a force that this team needs to harness. Look asking Stevie to Pass first is as difficult as asking Yao to be mean and extra Physical.

    So here is a solution:

Start MJ as a PG for the First quarter- this is the most crucial time to get Yao going! Steve takes up the 2 Spot. Cat and MoT provide the jump we need with the bench.

Steve should not be the PG for the last 10-15 minutes of the game.I could not care less if MJ is not a defensive force- the guy makes with his calm decision making and is really an artist at work!

This way we can have decent roles for everyone. Playing Steve for more than 30 minutes- unless he has one of his monster days is not a good thing- for winning.

We really dont need to change much on this team- hopefully we can land a Carlos Boozer with the 6.9 million dollars we have next year- the guy is really playing great. I would love tos ee Pike and Nachbar improve on their on-demand 3 point shooting skills.

One thing is for sure- it is not Steve who is expendable it is CAT, if he continues to not play within the new system.
