Just like in 83 When we got Sampson with the #1 and then Akeem in 84 with the #1. We got Griffin in 01'(which we would have selected #1 overall if we had it, so that counts) and Ming who we got #1 in 02'. I dunno about this but I believe history repeats itself (sorta). Only Difference would be Griffin will not be plagued by injuries like Sampson, forcing him to retire early. We have a reincarnation of the real "Twin Towers". What that means to me is that we have a very very bright future. Hell, this year we might be the Patriots of the NBA. How does that sound to everyone?
