    A handout on one hand and a regression tax on the other hand? Brilliant government move. Is this what we call trick-me down economic? Obama has always been a Reagan fan, so this makes total sense.

    Hey, Dubious, hang in there. Go to a Bernie rally it will help with the cynicism that can result from reading the ditto heads i.e right/"libertarian" posters who support Paul, Cruz and the like.
