    Ive noticed some people already making posts joking about his habit. he'll need a taxi to the games, he's already out celebrating the trade at a bar, etc, etc... we're better than that.

    Its just my opinion that since he's on our team we should support him rather than poke fun of his potentially harmful problem.

    just my 2 cents.

    I am not making fun, but I am hoping that he doesn't have to serve time due to his 2 pending DUIs...that is a problem.

    i agree support, good energy, and vibes towards lawson.

    im sure he is elated to fill in the weak spot for a already great team.

    if this team stays healthy they could be on pace for 71-11 ;)

    maybe the rockets can sweep the warriors next year haha

    We need the local law enforcement to take it easy if they catch Lawson under the influence around Houston. Another DWI would be devastating.

    That's a valid concern. All we can do is hope he doesn't miss much time and root for him to get back on track.

    I support him whole heartedly. I thought he was unprofessional at times in Denver with his tweets about wanting to go to Sacramento, which greatly dampened my enthusiasm for him. He has a great chance of straightening things
    out in Houston and helping us to a 3rd NBA championship.

    I don't know about that... but I do agree that we should at least wait until he plays his first game.

    So at least he'll get a fair shake, like Tmac...

    If (after a number of DUI's) he still can't stop himself from getting behind the wheel after drinking, he has a drinking problem.

    If you lack the ability to avoid terrible decisions when you drink, and that doesn't stop you from drinking, you're an alcoholic.

    No, his problem is definitely drinking in general. He's an alcoholic.
