Cause of Concern: Stafford, Texas: Man Shot and Killed While Stopped at Red Light, Police Say

    A woman was also wounded in the shooting. The couple were stopped at a red light on Southwest Freeway when an assailant in a black car pulled up and shot them, Stafford police said.



    A serial Killer on the loose? Gang initiation??? No information suggested that this was some kind of car jacking or robbery so a random act of killing would mean?

    Quote from a cop:

    "It appears that it may have been a random shooting. But we are still trying to piece together the evidence," said Lt. James Leedom of the Stafford Police Dept.

    In before someone suggest to move inside the loop or evacuate Katy.

    Being serious, I always keep my head on a swivel. Not that that will always prevent something bad from happening, but I like to think it may make it a little harder. This incident is sad either way, but if it was unprovoked it would stings even more.
