It's garbage time but at least the bench is trying and playing with some energy. The regular rotation players looked like they were the ones on a back to back.

When TJ stinks it up like this and JET is being eaten alive we need to run

    Harden
    Brewer
    KJ
    Ariza
    Howard

McHale is gonna have to play Johnson over the geriatric duo during meaningful minutes.

Yeah he hurt his PT by throwing that WILD over the shoulder backwards pass, then dribbling RIGHT into Kyle Anderson... KJ saved the fast break.

Uh, no. There's only 2 1/2 minutes left. This is not like the Golden State game where there actually was a shot to come back late. Although McHale refused to reinsert the starters in that one as well.

Not overreacting to what is happening right now...but Nick Johnson has to play regular minutes! He is the only point guard that has a chance of guarding anyone

Intriguing. That's an either 30 point lead or 30 point down squad.

Should have thrown some of these guys in with the starters. Sometimes you need to just try something different and take a risk. Especially when the guys playing are looking like garbage.

Sadly, McHale won't even make an adjustment for Friday's game. He'll start Terry on Parker and let him get 30 pts with 90% shooting layups again.

He's conservative to the point of comatose.

Nick instead of Terry would have made a huge difference today.

The Spurs are something like 17-3 in their last 20 and may be the best team in basketball... A very predictable loss.
