    Standing 6'3" (almost) with size 13/14 A/B. Pain in the gluteus maximillius to find shoes that fit. And I wear orthotics for high arches.

    Same boat here, I'm only 5"11 but I wear 12-13 depending upon the shoe. Nike's it is a 12, Reebok's a 13... But in dress shoes I have such a wide foot that I can't fit into half of them.

    Oh and it pisses me off cause I can't wear the Shox shoes, they are too skinny for my foot. Especially after I sprained the sh*t out of my foot yesterday playing basketball... what fun that was.

    6'2" size 12, used to be 13. I dunno what happened there. I guess I'm not as active and my feet shrank or something.
