    That was clearly either a charge or a no call.

    The only reason the referee called it a block is because the offensive player moved out of the way at the last second and the contact was minimal.

    That only matters if D-Mo was late getting there and didn't get in front.

    But he was set for a long time. It was the offensive player who moved.
