    Clutchfans,

    Need some help here. I am getting tired of Ballstreams, and want to switch from Dish to DirecTV. Which package do I need to get Root Sports Southwest? I have called and no one can give me a straight answer. Mucho appreciado!

    Get at least the choice package and you'll be good. Also check your rep messages for my DirecTV account number. Use me as a referal and we'll both save $10 a month for 10 months.

    Not DISH, ROOT sports is not on DISH. It's only on Direct TV and Uverse.

    I switched from Dish to Direct TV just last week and couldn't be happier. I had no idea how much Dish sucked until I got DTV. Not even close.

    And that's not even taking into account that Dish doesn't carry Root and DTV does, which was the main reason I switched.

    You're doing the right thing. Trust me.

    Checked my bill and directv is charging me extra for "regional sports network." I don't mind paying for Root, but i thought it was included in the Choice and XTRA packages at no charge.
