Here is all you need to know about Turiaf; he is out for the rest of the season and will be shipped off shortly.

A defensive lineup with Bev, Harden, Ariza, Brewer, and Howard could do wonders in late game situations.

Best part of this trade is rest for harden and ariza. I still think everyone including pappa will get good play time.

Troy reminds me of the Aaron Brooks trade. Sell High.

Hopefully Brewer shoots better than 19.5% from three...

Turiaf is out for the year due to hip surgery. So... yes, he is an upgrade over Dorsey (though Black is marginally better).

You guys are underrating Brewer's D a bit too much. He's not the GOAT or anything, but he's well above average on defense.

We need the dimension Corey Brewer adds.. look how much we have improved with the Trevor Ariza and his lanky measurements.. Brewer even more lanky albeit with less 3 point prowess. All in all this is a great complimentary piece that gives us much needed depth without having to give up the farm in the process.

I like this move. Solid defender, pretty good and consistent bench player, versatile enough to step in for 3 or 2 position, and reduce Harden's load in regular season.

Why not just step inside the line for a midra....a midra....damn it, something's preventing me from typing that word on a Rockets fansite, but you know, the shots that count for less than 3 points.

We know the Rox have wanted Brewer for a while now, I haven't watched much of him but I like the idea of a 6'9" guy coming off the bench that doesn't play Center for a change.

Gotta get Ariza some minutes off or he will be spent before the playoffs.

    Didn't sell high with AB0.

Never was the same after that ankle injury, should have traded him immediately after that MIP season.

We better not force Brewer to be a three point shooter.
