    That may very well be...I just wouldn't call going into the season with mallett and savage as "interesting" or anything to get remotely excited about. because it is neither. i promise you that.

    Savage could probably do what Yates did... but he still needs a full week of practice.

    Remember, Yates' first game (when he came in for Leinart), he was asked to handoff almost every time.
