    Seems reasonable... folks were guessing between $4-5M over five years. About right when you look at current elite coaches (despite rumors of huge $$ and ownership coming out of WAS)...

    So Les saved about $2 million over 4 years from hiring Larry Brown. Maybe less, given Larry might not have stuck around all four years.

    I think JVG was the main target all along.

    Remember Doc Rockets deleated thread that basically said JVG would be the man and Rudy was out just a couple of days before Rudy T stepped down?

    I don't think money was ever that big of an issue like some made it out to be.
