It's so easy to accumulate draft picks in NBA2K. I usually had at least 15 of the first 30 picks. Why doesn't Morey do this? Probably too busy tweeting trying to be cool!!!

But yeah Lakers #1, Celtics #2, and somehow Knicks #3.

Rockets win the non-lottery lottery, which entitles them to a .1% chance of winning the lottery. Rockets get the #1 pick, trade it for the #3 and additional picks. Parker/Wiggins/Embid(sp?) ends up in Houston. All thanks to the non-lottery lottery.

LOL, no. It's called draft lottery because it's intended only for teams in the lottery - the 14 teams that missed the playoffs. Every one of those has a certain chance - descending by position - to get one of the top three picks that are decided by draft lottery.
