    Anyone else noticing a higher percentage of black vegetarians? Typically they are well spoken and seem to be educated. Id guess that 1/3 of my black customers are vegetarians.

    I know some, but they're all Seventh Day Adventist. Age, income and education level were all over the place though..no other connection..just their faith - 7th Day Adventist discourage meat consumption.

    Higher percentage... basing it on what number? :confused:

    I'm wondering how you define "higher percentage." Don't you mean to say that they are now more common or in larger numbers than before? :p

    No most of my gay customers are meat eaters. The lesbians do seem to be more on the vegetarian side than the gay ones
