    KG/Pierce v. Lebron once again.

Miami in 5. Nets must get game 1 for it to go to 5.

I'm not sure why, but I want someone to beat J.R. just once, in posting a series thread.

If regular season stats ever meant anything, this is the series. BKN swept Miami in the season series, iirc.

With that said though, Miami in 6.

Heat in 6. Brooklyn's gotta be wiped out after the Raptors series and they could find themselves in a 2-0 hole quickly as long as Miami doesn't take them lightly.

Lebron and Pierce/KG dislike one another. Good thing about this is we will FINALLY see a motivated Lebron this year. Expect a monstrous performance from James this series.

you pretty knew the raptors couldn't win the last series because it had to be nets vs heat. couldn't not have lebron vs kg/pierce. kg and pierce and their teams always play lebron tough, no matter the regular season. although in this case, they won the regular season so a reversal would be good. heat could have probably cruised past toronto, now they get a physical/experienced opponent to go against.

Heat could be rusty and lose game 1 as they did against Chicago last season in the same exact situation (swept while Chicago series went 7 games). However, I think this series will also end like that Chicago series, with Heat in 5.

I said before the playoffs that brooklyn is the only team I'm worried about in the east. They can beat miami and already have done so 4 times this season.

I anticipate Miami crushing the Nets. 4-1 or 4-2.

Most everyone knows that the Nets swept the Heat

Most know that 3 of those wins were by a single point, the other in OT.

What's less known - the Nets lost their next game every single time (ORL twice, TOR, WAS).

It's tough for me to look at that and not come to the conclusion that Nets emptied the tanks to beat a team they circled on the calendar.

Can they pull that off when they have to play the Heat in a series? When they had to go the distance to get past a less talented Raptors team and the Heat have been resting since Monday?

I'm certain they're not going to lie down, but I just don't see the Nets having it in them night after night.

I believe 3 of those were with no D-Wade... and by 1 pt.

    Brooklyn in 7.

Garnett knocks the **** out of LeBron to start Game 7, shattering his jaw and ending his reign of terror. He's hailed as a hero and has his number retired by 29 out of the 30 teams.

lol if you're gonna hate, at least do it correctly. It would never be that fake-ass 'tuff guy' who is more brittle than anyone. In your fantasy scenario, it would have to be either Blatche or Plumlee. Even Jason Collins is tougher than Garnett.

"even Jason Collins" because he's gay or for some other reason?

    Blatche: no media hype.
Plumlee: white guy, would be called a racist for it
Collins: if I wanted bosh eliminated, I'd send this guy.

How dare you insult one of the greatest PF of all time. LeBron fanboys have no respect for the greats, I swear.
