Carl Everett is currently third in the majors in RBI batting lead off for the Rangers. That' absolutely ridiculous. What's up with this guy. He is a prime example of how the media can get in a guy's head. He put up some pretty good numbers in Houston after his New York media debacle. Goes to the Red Sox, and he can't get along with media and fans, numbers decline, comes back to Texas and is again one of the best hitters in baseball. Just goes to show how much of mental game the sport is.
