There is no way the father didn't know what was really going on, he was an overprotective father who killed a mouthy teenager who was trying to have sex with his daughter, not really a justifiable killing.

Having said that, legally I can't see any way to charge him with anything. If the daughter was in fact denying that he was welcomed into his house, he killed an intruder which is legal.

The daughter is really at fault here, once the gun comes out it's time to come clean. Seem like she should be punished somehow, her lie cost a person his life.

If I was a teen boy, I would have hit that too....but the moment the dad steps in, I'm denying everything, apologizing for being there, and running out the door.

Is a Teen Boy just supposed to know that bullets are deadly -- where was the warning?

Why? Because it's the law? Laughable. Can't handle the heat? Move to California. Or Washington? No. I got it. Hawaii.

Is this viewpoint conservative? Probably. Did I grow up in a mostly liberal household? Yes.

But I think it's ridiculous to conform to one side 100%. We are all gonna have our left and right wing views.

    It's what makes us individuals.

Thanx bro! Just because you don't agree, doesn't make the LAW stupid. Ignorance is bliss. Move to Hawaii. Just informing the ignorant of the laws. Thank me later.
