    Have to disagree. His backcourt defense is bad but his defense on the post has always been there. I don't think it's effort he's lacking. Not really that tall for his position nor an off-the-chart athlete. He works on offense because he's skilled but defense is more about sheer physical ability.

    I still can't believe how we ended up with him, we are truly fortunate to have this guy, he is only 24 years old and he has at least 8-10 years left in the tank and his game doesn't require a lot of athleticism he just makes it look easy.
