    As Bill Cower would tell you about his players. All the fans don't get treated the same, but they all get treated fairly. I think that is what happened here. And I think it's a good philosophy to live by. Refs are human and they are going to the same thing.

    And I think they did the Spurs a service. Throw Jack out and the Lakers/fans are really going to get fired up.
