I ventured to this Salvadorian place near work for lunch and had a pupusas (bean & chesse) for the first time...I am one happy fat man....go get one! "El Salvador is known for one dish in particular: pupusas revueltos, a cornmeal patty stuffed with beans, cheese or pork, or a combination of these ingredients. Novas calls pupusas El Salvador's "most cherished comfort food.” ---found somewhere referrring to someone named Novas, included so you would know what I was talking about Pupusas- like a big ass gordita only different
