My thoughts exactly. They called that for 2 weeks at the beginning of the season...then they stopped. It's the NBA. :grin:

The most blatant violation they rarely/never call is carrying, by far. KD especially, with his signature "hesitation carry"

3 positives I took away from this video since the creator seemed to only focus on negatives

- on the isolation plays, for a majority of the plays he was not getting blown past, he was feeding him man to what he thinks is to dwight, in these instances the rotation by dwight/omer are often way to late

- on the screen plays, I'm not sure if this is just due to small sample size of the video or what but did anyone else notice that hardens man took a vast majority of those shots as long twos, which are pretty much low percentage shots when you factor in it only counting for 2 points

- lastly is this video old, and made in like November or is it harder to find these defensive lapses because all these games are pretty old.

What's the point of this? I don't think anyone has claimed Harden is a good or even average defender. What his value is scoring, drawing fouls, getting you into the bonus. Yes his defense isn't good and playing with a guy who loves isos is like fielding for a pitcher who works slowly. Defense wins championships and offense creates stars. Next topic please.
