    I will agree that Shipley's doesn't have the best kolaches (although I've never been to the Kolache Factory).

    1.) Most of us think of Kolaches as some combination of sausage, cheese, and/or jalepenos baked in a yeast roll. There are plenty of "hole in the wall" places that do a better job than Shipley's

    2). When I think of Kolaches though, I think of visiting my Czech relatives and eating Kolaches filled with fruit or cheese or poppy seeds.
