    I'm looking for a Weight Bench and Weights. But if you have either for sale please let me know and maybe we can come to deal if I like the equipment.

    Make sure you get an olympic Adjustable bench press, you can do your upper, lower, flat, and even military presses. Go on amazon. It'll cost you around 500 in total.

    Its so convenient for me to just walk upstairs and workout. I've gotten all kinds of gains.

    Thanks for the tip.

    And yea I hate lifting weights right now because I'm a beginner. Only way I see myself sticking with it is if I have a bench of my own.
