    The most important quality O'Brien looks for in a QB is football IQ. Don't think this would happen.

    Vick doesn't have a low IQ he isn't Vince Young. Vick is past his prime and wouldn't be a great pick up as a starter in my opinion but you don't stay in this league at QB as a long as he has with a low IQ.
