Family of 5 husband, wife, and 3 children.

In the state of Texas if there is no will and the husband dies does everything 100% go to the wife or does 50% go to the wife and the other 50% to the children?

Pretty much the same for me. My dad died indirectly due to cancer and he still didn't have a will. If he didn't care enough to ensure his estate was properly taken care of, then I certainly wasn't going to get in the crossfire. I know years later there was still issues over the estate and I still don't know what has happened with it.

My grandmother had an incurable form of breast cancer for 5 years, and never made a will over that time before she died a couple of months ago. And some of the Texas law regarding estates blows.

If there's no Will, then there wouldn't be a Fresh Prince, Bad Boys, and After Earth.

If there's no will, then Fastball wouldn't have anything to sing about.
