    So why couldn't we waive him last year, again? Was it simply a matter of not wanting his contract to be on the books, or was there a legal reason we couldn't do it?

    I was sort of interested in whether Royce White could make things work in Philadelphia, so I'm a little disappointed. His money for this year is still guaranteed, I take it?
