(ACE) Personal Trainer Certification

    Has anybody taken the certification test? How hard is it? Or How easy is it?
    What did you do to prepare for it?

    I took it around 4 years ago so I'm not sure what has changed, but it was fairly easy then and had the reputation of being the easiest of the national certs.

    I read a little of the book and bought a couple of their practice exams and studied those. I was also at school at the time so it probably helped that most of it was fresh.

    Apparently, as the instructer said, about 33% of people actually get certified from the classes. We have about 24, so about 8.
