I couldn't. Kicking a homeless man and yelling "wake up" while drunk and raping a girl two totally different things and comparing the two is just an idiotic way to instigate more hate.

Not that I agree with what the kid did. But that guy really needs to "Wake Up". Seriously doing drugs and sleeping under bridges by choice for 18 years??? He needs a swift kick. What a waste of a life.

Critical thinking at it's best, well done sir, well done.

Let's at the very least give Jones the benefit of the doubt. Which I know is hard to give a young black man these days. But i do believe he kicked the guy and yelled wake up! maybe not that hard, but he did it. I don't beleive however he was stomping him. He was not being malicious he was probably drunk and thought it would be funny to wake a homeless guy. He should be given a citation and sent on his way. He should not be crucified by anyone. I guess we have a lot of saints on this board.

are we just going to ignore the fact that the homeless man has a pimp leather jacket?

You can post this a 1000 times and the very next post someone will say TJones should be imprisoned and kicked out of the NBA for "stomping" on a poor down on his luck soul in a vicious assault.

Give me a break, Kevin Love STOMPED Luis Scola's face in THE MIDDLE OF A LIVE GAME and everyone still wants him to come here. Terrence Jones allegedly kicked a homeless guy and now people are calling for his head, ridiculous.

My thoughts exactly. Pretty stupid that most users here want him to be traded even though we don't know the full story.

He won't have much luck getting a buttload of money from the lawsuit, but his lawyer will

I can see it now......T. Jones will become an elite player and upon finishing a monstrous dunk over a defender, Clyde Drexler says: "It's as easy as stomping (baby) homeless people"

The witness is a fraud. The police are already backtracking on the "stomp" issue now.

Jones stomping, kicking, or rousting a homeless man while yelling at him to wake up shows a lack of character that has no place on the Houston Rockets. Those of you that think the police backing down on "stomping" makes a difference obviously can't differentiate between a legal and moral/ethical principle.
