Best blogging tool and best online resumé publishing tool?

    I would like to start a weblog and I would like to put my resumé online. What are the easiest and best tools to do that? I have no programming skills and would love to use something simple - WYSIWYG-simple.

    What I would like to publish on the blog would first be something kind of diary-style...daily remarks and comments mixed with links and images to/from other webpages. Later, I would like to add trip reports with images and videos.

    For the resumé, I guess the simplest thing would be just creating a pdf of it and putting it online, but perhaps someone knows some nice templates (I have some links in there).

    I would like to make the whole thing kind of "anonymous", not giving my real name on the resumé and the blog, but allowing people to make comments/give feedback and contact me.

    Any advice?

    I used Moveable Type when I had my family weblog going. I discontinued it due to lack of time.
