Obviously if he's not healthy than none of the other things(related to basketball) can be accomplished.

FT, FT, and FT. take effort and practice, that's all there is to it. post moves won't do jack if they foul you and you can't hit your FT's.

Ditto. It's hard to chose just one. I'm going to say developmental focus on ft shooting and post moves

Don't really agree he needs to learn post moves. He has some fantasy in his head about being a big time post player, but let's be honest, his strength on offense is pick and roll play plus offensive rebounding. What he needs to do is learn to accept and embrace that and be the kind of superstar that he really is, not the kind of superstar he imagines himself to be. Improving his FT shooting couldn't hurt, but if he just returns back to his career averages on FT% I'm okay with that.

Dwight doesn't need to "learn" post moves he just needs to stay healthy. When healthy, Dwight Howard is the most dominant big man in the game, just by being there teams are forced to double team which creates many opportunities for everyone else.

I put learning some post moves. I think that would help the most. I just think he isn't ever going to shoot free throws well. For whatever reason.

I also hope he really becomes serious about winning. It's one thing to goof around and have fun, but only if he gets serious now about doing whatever it takes to get the W.
