    Doctor said my cholesterol was borderline high, so he said less red meats. Ok, so I ask him like what. He says: "eat less bacon." I go: "but I eat bacon every day of the week, doc!" He said "we'll, cut down."
    Good. So instead of eating bacon 7 days a week, I'll eat it 6.99 days a week, I promised him. :eek:

    Tried the Trader Joes Blackforest this morning. Damb good.

    We love it in Mexico, too, but it's expensive there. People eat more of its close cousin: chorizo.
