Uverse Question

    I have a Motorola VIP1200 Uverse box. I'm trying to find a universal remote code for that. I've googled and haven't found anything that works. I tried calling Uverse and they gave me codes that didn't work.

    Anyone know the code for these boxes?

    You should be googling the model number of your universal remote control, and then looking for the Motorola code.

    Not the other way around.

    I have Motorola codes in my manual for the remote...none of them work.

    It's Sony RM-VZ320

    edit: called customer support and finally got it to work. Thanks for the response.
