Lin is the spiritual leader of the team.
    Harden is Rockets' franchise player.
Parsons is the face of the team.
    :)

Ha, calling Parsons the face of the team is like saying Luis Scola was the Voice of the team during his tenure with the Rockets.

    Harden and Lin

I remember Harden said Lin has been a good leader for the team, and Lin said Harden is their leader, so both of them

Guess that Suns game proves it's Lin, didn't see that coming though. I really thought it was Harden but since he failed to get back on defense at all, Jeremy had to call him on it :p Seriously though, I'm glad it's Lin because he busts his hump unlike Harden who still tends to go Tracy McGrady on us a few times a game, shape up James!

I think we have a lot of leaders on this team. Players with a good head on them, mature and team-oriented. I think our core of Lin, Harden, Parsons and Asik are all leaders, but each do it somewhat differently.

Harden is obviously the go to player, Lin made a lot of sacrifices in his game, Parsons pulls the team together, and Asik is a leader by example (just never stops working, and never takes a play off).

Against Phoenix, it was Lin speaking up at the right time. In other games, it may have been Harden or Parsons. Asik doesn't speak so it doesn't count.

Actually according to Patterson asik is actually very vocal. I think he just doesn't do much small talk or just hates interviews.

...“Omer has been great for us,” coach Kevin McHale said. “He’s just been huge. I have a hard time taking him out and then he yells at me every time I take him out too, in Turkish...

    Oh yeah, he's vocal alright.

Being the face doesn't necessarily mean Lin's the leader (the only leader). When Harden got traded to the Rockets, he lead on the first day in practice.

I just think we have quite a few natural leaders on this team, and each do it a little differently. And together, it's cohesive, and we have good chemistry and good accountability.

The leader of this team will be the ones that lead by example and will own up to their own mistakes.

So that make our prima defactor 4 leaders by default.
