    I'm done supporting Schaub. He's a choke artist. Not a fearless leader that can rally the team. He curls into a fetal position at any sign of pressure. We won't go far with him.

    I've supported Schaub the whole way through. I think it's over now. This is not a knee jerk on my part, I've wanted to see Schaub when it mattered most. I don't believe he has the tools or mindset to win big.

    Kubiak is loyal to a fault sometimes. Trade him or let him go but, not before you find a replacement.

    I think we need someone much more mobile, keeps the D honest.
