    this poll clearly shows Comcast is struggling in Houston, and are doing whatever it takes to gain/keep clients.

    Comcast is pretty pathetic

    Anyone that's had them and had to deal with their unknowledgeable telephone customer service, unprofessional installs, or DMV like return locations knows this.

    I've literally never known a single person that's ever been satisfied with the Comcast experience, ever. And they charge twice as much as U Verse.

    When I switched 2 months ago, they tried to pro-rate our bill and take off all of our discounts we had carried for years, bringing it back to nearly a full month's price. They will never earn our repeat business, and I really hope that the other providers draw a line in the sand.
