That would be good. However with the corporate blue dog Dems that doesn't mean Obama could accomplish much. It might set the stage for Jeb Bush to win next time as the Dems had power for 8 yrs and did squat.

At least we won't see the GOP wish list of war with Iran, the death of Medicare and social security, more coal buning, torture etc.

Also, no repeal of Obamacare. Perhaps most important: control of Supreme Court. Ginsburg is 79, Kennedy and Scalia are 76. The actuarial tables indicate these Justices will either retire or face the possibility of a natural term limit.

Ginsburg had pancreatic cancer unbelievably caught early enough for survival. She needs to retire next term.

Yeah with the repeal of Obama care we will have another 30 million people without health insurance, especially after 2014 when the broader coverage parts of it kick in. BTW once these folks get insurance it will be impossible for Fox and friends, the conservatives/ libertarians and others to talk them out of it.:)

Reps keep the House. Dems just don't have the numbers, candidates, or the money to flip, but they will pick up between 5-15 seats.

As the Presidency goes so goes the Senate, with one possible scenario where the R's take the Senate without a Romney victory. If by some miracle Brown and Akin both win, the Senate goes to the R's no matter who wins the White House.

Gerrymandering has made it all but impossible: http://www.slate.com/articles/news_...t_win_back_the_house_of_representatives_.html

Only way it happens is if Eric Cantor and the entire GOP House causus get secretly recorded having a cocaine fueled gang bang session with the senior leadership of Al Qaeda.

Allen West is a total tool but my god that is one damn good ad. (even if Allen West was forced out of the military for basically torturing a suspect in Iraq)
