And he can't do right in everyone else's eyes. Literally everyone has been begging for a "superstar" and when word got out the Rockets were going to try to land Dwight this offseason, everyone complained. Then everyone thought the draft sucked for the Rockets, so word gets out that a couple of those rookies might be moved, and everyone complains and says "they are too good to trade." They go after Eric Gordon, everyone complains. They don't land Eric Gordon, everyone complains. Everyone HATES getting the #14 pick and says the Rockets should do anything but that... so now that's exactly what they are doing and guess what? Everyone complains. This is why Rockets fans are the worst in the league.
The fanbase is always going to complain. It's just louder this offseason. They'll quiet down once the Rockets start putting together losing seasons and accruing picks, and return once the Rockets are relevant again.
yes, it does, Lin has more market value than Dragic obiviously, another prove that Les is in for the money. He does miss the China Money, doesn't he?
This is the moment where the tankers are right. Not the anti tankers. Get it right. Remember? Also this is the moment where Morey failed to put anything together to put the team here. So remember this all day when trying to make your points to save your dignity of a years long worth of being wrong.
and just remember. No matter what you say today think of this if you are calling out others on these subjects on behalf of Morey or you were a anti tanker/anti-rebuilder before.

The great news is, while other teams will have to wait until October... some of the Rockets most interesting basketball games will begin on July 13. Can't wait.
Chuck Hayes. Undrafted. Chase Budinger, Chandler Parsons. 2nd round picks. Flipped Brad Miller for DMO. Alston for Lowry. I mean, seriously, the man has done wonders. He has run outta options. It's time to tank, no matter what Les says/thinks.
Miss out on Gordon, Deron Williams, Josh Smith, top 5 pick, top 8 pick, extend offers to Asik and Lin... these are all things that cost nothing, right? And, Morey is famous for not wanting to overpay, right? So he made offers for all these things, lost nothing, and ended up not overpaying. As for missing out on Dragic while trading Lowry, I'm not sure what that's about, but it does end up moving us further under the cap. And, clearing space for 2 max players is a proven strategy. The trick is, don't overpay if you don't get the stars you want. We all know Morey is not going to give the max to B-level stars. Oh, and Dwight Howard? We haven't lost that one yet. So, who is it that drinks the kool-aid, can't understand the arguments on the other side, no matter what happens?
