looking back on draft day, I still think Moiso should have been our pick. Does anyone know his summer league numbers?

I don't really think you can justify criticism of the Rockets for not drafting him after a week long summer league, but here are his numbers. http://www.nba.com/Celtics/shaws_stats_000726.html

Are "Just Wondering" threads early incarnations of "What If" threads. Like after a few "Just Wondering" trial balloons then you are ready for the big leagues...the "What If".

    ...I'm just wondering

We should have drafted ETON THOMAS. Can someone please pull up his college and summer league stats? Thanks.

Thomas was hurt in the summer leagues.

For a comparison though, let's look at Thomas' senior year vs. Collier's senior year.

    Thomas- 13.6 ppg, 9.3 reb
    Collier-17.0 ppg, 9.2 reb

Don't see how he's that great or much better than Collier, and yes I did watch both of them play in college.

Collier won't be half the player that Thomas will be. Plus Thomas had like 3teamates that scored in double figures so
he didn't get as many touches as Collier.
I think Jason Hart averaged 18pts a game at
    Syracuse.

I used to be from 'cuse, and I'm telling you if Hart wasn't there Thomas would not have been as big a factor. Hart put the ball in his hands right where he wanted it. Thomas is nothing special. He's no Coleman. He's no John Wallace. He's less. And he wasn't a leader in the tournaments either.

Gee, I'm convinced. Why didn't the Rockets consult this guy on draft day?

Never mind the fact Thomas scores mainly off of putbacks, and is a defensive minded player, while Collier shoots from the outside and posts up, and is an offensive minded player. They're 2 totally different players.
