    Ummm yeah, because using a perfectly neutral word to make a not-so-subtle point about the story in the OP regarding the use of a perfectly neutral word is a real dick move. :confused: :rolleyes:

    The word "*****rdly" has been around for quite some time, pre-dating American colonization. I believe it is a synonym for "greedily".

    However given the resemblance to a certain ethnic slur, it is probably better for old-English speaking white people to avoid the word.
