I hear Women's tennis is pretty entertaining. Just turn it it on in the background and go do something else. A lot of moaning and grunting.

Sounds good to me, European basketball will get few good players from NBA. I can't wait to see them trying to fit into the Europe basketball :)

Does this means Rockets players can't continue working out with the coaching staff?

Players cannot not interact with anyone other then players from there team.
Rookies are hardest hit, as they cannot train with the coaches/trainers etc.

Also, I'm pretty sure players are locked out from training facilities as well..

Yea on NBATV they said that they lose salaries, can't have access to team training facilities, and can't contact team personnel

And that's why I'm amazed some fans want a lockout, as for young teams, if affects players needing extra developing a whole heap.

Can't wait to see what Gilbert Arenas has to say on twitter during the lockout since the NBA can't fine him for anything he says.

At least they can still practice together. It's not like football where they need pads and stuff, if they really want to, the players can just bring a ball and meet at a court and scrimmage.
