So you think it is o.k. to kick people and elbow them as long as the NBA lets you get away with it, Well your wrong it's not only petty to play like that but it is also unethical. The refs are supposed to call all that it's not about having enough heart to call those plays, If they dont call them then it's a contradiction to the NBA rulebook becasue it clearly states if hit someone you it is a foul.
