These are pretty versatile watches. I wear them to work and play, and even the occasional formal event.

That's what I wear too. Simple, light. The black band with the silver stainless steel pops with anything you wear it with.

Orange Monster. Great watch and choice. I have a Black Monster and someday hope to add the orange one (since I probably won't be able to afford an orange Doxa).

When I was working (at least not working as a contract worker) I was into watches. I have the following: Seiko Black Monster, Seiko Blue Sumo (a really underrated diver, unfortunately only sold in Japan), Hamilton Khaki Automatic, Oris F1 Williams Team, a Strela 3133 (neat Russian chronograph), a Limes Cartouche (really beautiful German dress watch), and my one really expensive watch, a Kobold Spirit of America.

I purchased almost all of the watches used (exceptions, the Sumo, Oris, and Strela) which is a great way to get a really good watch a reasonable cost.

Now that I am on a tight budget my watch buying days are over. But if I was to but a watch I agree with a previous poster and recommend the Fossil watches since they have really dramatic designs for very affordable prices. You can find a used Monster for around $100.

Great recommendation. One of my favorite watches is a Stowa Marine Original.

I have an Ebel Sportwave but I don't seem to wear it very often.

Save your money. They use stock movements and the name was sold to a guy in the 90's. The Stowa watches of today have nothing to with the real Stowa heritage.

I love the look of Fossils, but don't know how reliable they are. I'm starting to think I may need a new watch. I've had my current Seiko for about 8 years, but I broke the date function on it. The time function works fine, though. I like Citizen's EcoDrive and Seiko's solar powered functionality, but like I said, Fossils look pretty sweet.

I have a Patek Phillipe that I never wore, I just couldn't find a right occasion.

I occasionally wear an IWC made in 1917.

Most of the time I just wear this, except the bracelet is black:

I had to bump the old thread... I got this Ball Trainmaster Power Reserve for an early Birthday present from my rockin' girlfriend. I love the vintage style with the brown croc band. :)

You just wanted a waterproof one because of your excessive fapping. Won't stop working when it's flooded with Lil Jontros.
