Anybody see that frozen frog come back to life?

    That was pretty weird. It was on animal Channel. Apparently they dipped this frog in liquid nitrogen, froze it, and then thawed it out after like 24 hours. The thing came back to life without a problem. As it thawed out the eyes started to open and it was weird. The frog uses sugar to prevent the ice crystal from getting into the cells and disrupting them. So he was basically in a state of suspended animation I think. I'm not sure if he's "living" underneath the ice or if he's suspended. But they made it sound like he's suspended for any period of time. Pretty damn cool. I've never heard of that. Makes you wonder what else is possible....

    Frogs live through winters in Canada like that all the time.
