    The difference between Tom Thibs and Jeff Van Gundy -- both are great defensive coaches but Thibs actually knows how to coach offense. How the heck did this guy not get a head coach job until this year?

    chicago's offense is pretty mediocre. the main reason they win is primarily their defense and rebounding (they are way more dominant than we were in those 2 categories, esp rebounding).

    numbers-wise if you took out the 05-06 season, our offense parallels chicago's current offense: mediocre.

    for people hating on bogans, now you see what he contributes to the bulls: shut down defense.

    sure he can't make a basket to save his life, but that isn't their identity. then brewer comes in and provides more shut down defense.

    every bulls player in the rotation can be a great defender for long stretches except for boozer, korver, and rose.

    the bulls' defense is nasty and filthy: beautiful to watch as a fan.
