Does anyone know how to remove the name from the heat transfer letter jerseys? (not the stitched ones)

I have a Yao, Mgrady, Artest, a Luther Head Jersey. I'm keeping Yao, Tmac and Artest as is but would like to remove the "HEAD" on the back of the luther jersey so I can wear and not have people look at me funny for HEAD.
