    I'm bummed if true.

    This isn't an offseason to be thrilled about having cap room, unless the other side of the CBA includes a hard cap that F's up the tax teams badly.

    consider stern pointed out tax paying to win titles as the biggest issue for parity in his recent interview, it's a very good chance that something regarding that is guaranteed, and it might also be why a few tax paying teams were talking "contraction".

    Portland are always stacked with talent, it ridiculous. I guess it's between Granger or Iggy and I'm doubtful of us getting either, especially with both of them most likely in the playoffs.
