    If he was "forced" to re-sign, I would just lose the respect I had for Utah Jazz management. Not the way a HOF coach should be treated. and I don't hate him as much as so many people on this board do. 23 years on a single job, with one single team is not a simple task at all.

    Supposedly some kind of meltdown happened between Sloan and their GM after the loss to the Bulls last night. But, resigning all of a sudden seems weird after he just signed an extension two days ago.

    I know the Jazz have been struggling, but a loss to a good team like the Bulls doesn't seem like enough of a breaking point. I hate the Jazz, but I hope Sloan stepping down isn't due to health issues or something like that. That would be sad.
