    In order for you to blow dry those water pipes or wait gas pipes, you must had to have a very long long extension cord.... How long did it take you to do all that???

    Anybody know why people would wrap gas piping above-ground? He said others were doing it, too. I've never heard of this.

    The blow-drying water pipes to thaw them isn't uncommon, but I always think that's risky simply due to any water in the area and possible condensation.
